Retail/Wholesale Orders
Orders from Retailers and Wholesalers are welcome, but are subject to these conditions, in addition to the general Terms & Conditions
shown in the footer.
- The order has to be sent on an official company order form, containing the following:-
- Full company name and address
- Name and signature of authorised ordering personnel
- Purchase order number
- Order date
- Quantity, ISBN and Product description
- Delivery address, if different from above
- The order may not contain unit price, shipping costs and total price, unless these have been agreed to in prior communications.
- Orders from Retailes and Wholesalers will be invoiced with initial net terms of 30 days.
- Net terms will only be granted if we receive at least one Bank reference. Please supply, by separate email:
- You main Bank's Name and address
- Bank Offical's name and contact telephone number
- A second order will only be fulfilled after the first invoice has been paid in full.
- Retail and wholesale prices of our products are available on demand.
