REFUND POLICY
Your order will be fulfilled in the most expedient manner, with the aim to deliver to you a quality product in reasonable time. However, delivery of this merchandise will be undertaken by carriers outside our control. If the products do not arrive at their destination in good condition, you may return them to us within 2 (two) weeks and we will refund you the invoiced amount in full. No other refunds can be given. We cannot refund any extraneous expenditure incurred or losses suffered whatsoever, if the products do not arrive in good condition.

The above concession cannot be construed as an admission of guilt on our part as shipping is completely the responsibility of the buyer. This concession may be withdrawn by us at any time.
